Long before spring has truly sprung, we feel its growing energy filling our homes. With the Holiday season well behind us and a season of warmth at our doors, we pull out the running shoes, dust off the yoga mat or haul out the bike, and resolve to align our appetites with our better instincts. We hunger for foods that will nourish this burgeoning sense of vitality and increased activity. But spring, as usual, takes its sweet time to blossom, making it hard to fully emerge from hibernation.

help you meet your fitness goals and renew your sense of well-being.
When we’re mindful of how our meals can help or hinder the attainment of our goals, choices become easier. Eating well stimulates our appetite for life. Combining seasonal ingredients with Canadian cheese is always going to be a successful strategy.
